They speak up, lean-in and aren't afraid to be themselves. They exude confidence, share positive energy and tend to laugh a lot.
While we'd all love to have flawless skin and a perfect complexion, and although your products can hide blemishes and boost your confidence, this feel-good factor is only temporary.
Did you know that 60% of us feel ashamed about the way we look? And 70% of us feel pressure from images in the media to look perfect? Without realising it, this is destroying our confidence, affecting our relationships, and holding us back from being who we really want to be.
But it doesn't have to.
I've done a lot of self-analysis (tons) and I've spoken to hundreds of women of all ages - we all have one thing in common: we're excellent at beating ourselves up. We're not good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, successful enough, etc. etc.

I love working one on one with women, providing a safe place for them to let go some of their inhibitions... to see themselves in a way they haven’t before, and how beautiful they really are.
My job title is Personal stylist, but I boost clients confidence through putting together an effortless, everyday wardrobe of clothes that they love.
If a client has confidence issues around their weight, for example. a couple of different things can happen. Sometimes they see themselves in new items and are looking at their reflection again and again in the mirror during a session, and are surprised that ‘I don’t look as bad as I thought’.
I inspire, educate and motivate busy people who want to get healthy but don’t have time to work it out for themselves. I help them eat smart, move more, sleep well and chill out.
When you’re eating healthy food, moving your body more, sleeping better and taking time to look after number one, you feel more energised, your whole demeanour changes, for me it’s from the inside out.
