More than Skincare

Beauty isn't skin deep. The most beautiful women I know are the ones who love and respect themselves.

They speak up, lean-in and aren't afraid to be themselves. They exude confidence, share positive energy and tend to laugh a lot.

While we'd all love to have flawless skin and a perfect complexion, and although your products can hide blemishes and boost your confidence, this feel-good factor is only temporary.

Did you know that 60% of us feel ashamed about the way we look? And 70% of us feel pressure from images in the media to look perfect? Without realising it, this is destroying our confidence, affecting our relationships, and holding us back from being who we really want to be.

But it doesn't have to.

I've done a lot of self-analysis (tons) and I've spoken to hundreds of women of all ages - we all have one thing in common: we're excellent at beating ourselves up. We're not good enough, pretty enough, thin enough, successful enough, etc. etc.

Well it stops here!

Sign up for my honest, ad hoc and (hopefully) insightful blogs on the complex relationship between looking good and feeling good. And how both are possible.

It also contains lots of beneficial elements that help to fight 'free radical' on the skin that can cause the signs of ageing (not that I'm anti-ageing, I love my laughter lines).

Using Style to boost women's confidence My job title is Personal stylist, but I boost clients confidence through putting together an effortless, everyday wardrobe of clothes that they love.

If a client has confidence issues around their weight, for example. a couple of different things can happen. Sometimes they see themselves in new items and are looking at their reflection again and again in the mirror during a session, and are surprised that ‘I don’t look as bad as I thought’.
