Spirulina is a blue-green algae and one of this planets oldest living plants (a good example of the ‘survival of the fittest’). It is rich in beta-carotene (which the body then converts into vitamin A).

It’s also loaded with protein, calcium and iron, vitamin B12, E, C, minerals, chlorophyll, and essential fatty acids - all of these elements proactively help fight free-radicals to reduce the effect of ageing, and help protect problem skin.

As we age, the skin's natural levels of antioxidants beings to deplete so it's important to help nourish your skin with regular facial treatments. It's also what gives the Green Goddess it's rich emerald appearance.
